Letter from First Credit re RBoS acccount they allege I owe.
Two phone conversations re account. In both I advise that I have no record of the debt, and ask them to provide paperwork relating to it. They confirm that they do not have any paperwork relating to the account and will refer the account to the RBoS.
I receive a letter stating that they will continue action. I call them and I am reassured that they will take no action until they receive paperwork from RBoS. I re-emphasise that I will not act until I see paperwork.
